This Bellini Mocktail combines Alain Milliat White Peach Nectar with Alain Milliat Pinot Noir Sparkling Grape Juice. The soft, rounded sweetness of white peach meets the sparkling grape juice’s delicate red-fruit character and lively bubbles, creating a fresh, fruit-forward drink to serve well chilled. A non-alcoholic Bellini conventionally pairs peach purée or nectar with sparkling grape juice in a chilled flute.
