Hanging Garden: Crisp Apple, Tarragon, and Chardonnay Mocktail

Two chilled wine glasses filled with a pale golden apple, tarragon and sparkling Chardonnay mocktail over ice, each garnished with a curled cucumber ribbon and a thin fresh apple slice.

A bright, herbaceous mocktail brings freshness and balance to an aperitif, pairing fruit, acidity and fine bubbles in a glass that feels both simple and considered. Its crisp profile makes it especially enjoyable alongside light starters, vegetable-led dishes or a relaxed gathering where an alcohol-free option deserves equal attention.

Hanging Garden combines apple and tarragon cordial with the bright acidity of verjus and Alain Milliat Chardonnay Sparkling Grape Juice. Cucumber adds a clean green note, while a thin apple slice echoes the drink’s orchard-fruit character and gives the finished mocktail an elegant, refreshing finish.
