About this product

A French T-bone of around a kilo, with striploin on one side of the bone and tenderloin on the other. Two cuts in one steak, cooked together. Grill it over coals or sear it hard and finish it in the oven, then rest it well.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Storage & serving

Shelf life on delivery: Minimum 3 days
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Never frozen before, may be frozen at home
Serving Recommendation: Grill or sear 4-5 minutes per side, then finish at 200°C for 5-8 minutes. Rest 10 minutes.
