About this product

Entrecôte, whole piece of 500g or individually portioned at 300g and marbled right through the eye. That inner fat is what separates it from the striploin: it bastes the steak from within, and it forgives you an extra minute in the pan. The steak for people who care more about flavour than about neatness.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Storage & serving

Shelf life on delivery: Minimum 3 days
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Never frozen before, may be frozen at home.
Serving Recommendation: Pan-sear over high heat 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes.
Serving size: One 300g steak per person
