About this product

A whole yellow chicken, opened out flat with the wing and leg bones left in. Spatchcocked like this it cooks evenly and in far less time than a whole bird, and it sits happily on a grill or under a hot oven. Lemon, garlic, thyme, and plenty of salt on the skin.

Serving Recommendation: Roast skin-side up at 200°C for 40-45 minutes, or grill over medium heat for 35-40 minutes, turning once. Rest 10 minutes.
