About this product

An alcohol-free blanc de blancs from Chardonnay grown on the Coste Blanche, a limestone hillside in southern France, with a little white verjus blended in to sharpen it. Golden with rosy lights, and a nose of roasted mirabelle and heather honey. Fine bubbles, lively and elegant. Serve it very cold, in a flute, for the toast.
