About this product

Tomatoes from Marmande, pressed with nothing but a little salt. Fluid but faintly pulpy, and it tastes of a tomato picked in July rather than of a tin. Alain Milliat blends several varieties and will not tell anybody which. Very cold, with black pepper, celery salt and a stick of celery.
