About this product

French striploin cut on the bone, around a kilo. The bone adds flavour and keeps the meat juicy through a long rest. Sear it hard, finish it in the oven, and carve it off the bone for two or three.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Storage & serving

Shelf life on delivery: Minimum 3 days
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Never frozen before, may be frozen at home.
Serving Recommendation: Sear 3-4 minutes per side, then finish in the oven at 200°C for 8-10 minutes. Rest 10 minutes.
