About this product

Thighs from yellow farmed chickens, the juiciest and most forgiving part of the bird. More fat and more flavour than breast, so they take well to a hot grill, a tray bake or a long braise. Packs of two for a quick dinner, or ten for a crowd.

Storage & serving

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Previously unfrozen, may be frozen at home
Serving Recommendation: Roast at 200°C for 30-35 minutes, grill 8-10 minutes per side, or braise for 45 minutes.
