About this product

Merguez as they are actually made in France: French beef blended with mutton and warm spices, then filled into natural mutton casing, which is where that unmistakable snap comes from. Thirty to a pack, so this is a barbecue rather than a dinner. Grill them until blistered. May contain traces of pork and milk.
