About this product

An oven-ready pigeon. Rich, dark and deeply flavoured, it is at its best served pink. Roast it hot for a short time, rest it well, and serve with something sweet and sharp alongside, such as cherries or a red wine sauce.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Previously unfrozen, may be frozen at home
Serving Recommendation: Sear on all sides, then roast at 220°C for 8-10 minutes for pink meat. Rest 8 minutes.
