About this product

Artichoke hearts blended with truffle and a little black truffle juice. The artichoke keeps everything fresh and faintly bitter, which stops the truffle turning heavy, and the two of them together are far better than either alone. On warm bread, and better still with a slice of truffle carpaccio laid over the top.
