About this product

Truffle sliced fine and held in extra virgin olive oil, so every slice comes out of the jar whole and glossy. Generous enough to cover a plate properly. Lay it over fresh pasta, across a rested steak, or simply on hot toast with good butter melting underneath it, which may still be the best way of all.
