About this product

Metal turns caviar metallic, which is why it has always been served on mother-of-pearl. Cool in the hand, faintly iridescent, and a far kinder colour against the roe than steel could ever be. Two sizes: the small one for tasting, the larger for serving at the table. A small thing that changes the whole ritual.
