About this product

Acacia honey is mild and floral enough not to fight anything, which is precisely why Plantin use it here, infused with truffle and stirred through with truffle breakings. Sweet first, then unmistakably earthy. On a cheese board it does more work than any chutney, and over vanilla ice cream it is quietly extraordinary.
