About this product

A proper egg-yolk mayonnaise, thick enough to hold a peak, with black truffle folded all the way through. Savoury rather than sweet. Serve it with cold roast chicken, beside a plate of chips, or in the middle of a seafood platter, where it will quietly outshine everything around it. Contains egg and mustard.
