About this product

Black winter truffle puréed with extra virgin olive oil and truffle juice until it is thick, dark and glossy. One spoonful will carry a whole pan of mashed potato, a cream sauce or a plate of scrambled eggs. If you keep one truffle product in the fridge, this is a very good argument for it being this one.
