About this product

Comté AOP and black winter truffle blended into a cream that needs no cooking at all. Nutty from the cheese, earthy from the truffle, and it slackens the moment it meets heat. It was made for a croque-monsieur and it is honestly wasted on anything more elaborate. Contains milk.

Ingredients: 50% UHT Sterilized Cream (35% fat, contain milk), Water, 15% Comté AOP cheese (contain milk), Starch, 3% Black Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum), Natural Flavouring, Salt, Pepper

Storage & serving

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened
Serving Recommendation: Spread cold, or melt briefly under a grill.
