How to order

Important note: White Truffle season is just starting! Quantities available on the market are very limited. Contact our team directly for larger size request.

Choose your truffle size and check estimated price.
As fresh truffle is a natural product, the truffle you receive on delivery may vary +/- 10g from the ordered size.
We invoice the truffle per gram, according to its actual weight on delivery date. A $150 deposit will be charged upon checkout. Final invoice with actual weight and price will be sent on the morning of the delivery, together with link for balance payment.

About this product

Tuber Magnatum Pico, the Italian White Truffle, only from October to December. The aroma is garlic and honey and something wilder underneath. It is never cooked: shaved raw at the table, over butter, over egg yolk, over risotto, while everyone stops talking. Nine or ten weeks a year, and then gone.

Storage & serving

Best before: Recommended to be consumed within 3 days upon reception.
Storage: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container, half filled with uncooked rice.
Serving Recommendation: Never cook. Shave raw over the dish at the table.
Serving size: 5 to 10g per person, shaved
