This box includes :
- Dark Chocolate - 4 squares each : Abinao 85%, Guanaja 70%, Alpaco 66%, Caraïbe 66%, Taïnori 64%, Manjari 64%,
- Milk Chocolate - 4 squares each : Jivara 40%, Tanariva 33%.
Tasting order : it is usually recommended to start with the bar with the lightest cocoa percentage, and finish with the highest one for your palate to slowly adapt and really feel the difference.

- Listen to the characteristic "snap"
- Take a bite and let it melt on your tongue
- Breathe out to smell the different aromas
