The king crab owes its name to its claw span of up to 2.5m, looking like a giant sea spider. The great finesse of king crab flesh and its very sweet taste made it popular amongst foodies.

Cooking tip : ready to use after thawing. Can be consumed raw in salad or cook in broths, steamed, backed or grilled.
Caught in the cold waters between Russia and Alaska and frozen directly on board.
Keep in the freezer and defrost over night to preserve the flesh quality.
