What is Black Winter Truffle Juice : the juice obtained after boiling fresh truffles.
Cooking tip : ideal to enhance any sauce with a strong truffle flavor!
Our recommendation : boil 50g truffle juice in a sauce pan, then add a tablespoon of thick cream. Whisk the preparation while adding 100g butter. Et voilà! Ready for coating any meat, fish or veggies!
