Bresse Poultry is a 400-year-old poultry breed many Chefs believe to be the world's most delicious thanks to its juicy, deeply flavoured, buttery meat. 

Packing : whole turkey of about 3kg or 7kg - Ready to cook

Serving : 

- 3kg : 8 to 10 people

- 7kg : 15 to 20 people

Cooking recommendation : roast in the oven at 180°C, count 20 minutes per 500g

Cooking tips : use a fork to check the cooking on the leg area : if the juice is clear, the cooking is done. If you see some red in the juice, it still needs some more cooking.
