A berrie very close to the Chinese Sechuan, it is picked green and it comes from Japan. It is very strong in lemon and lemongrass notes with a touch of mint freshness.
Ideal on fish, tartare of white meat, or even acid fruits such as passion fruit or pineapple.
Cooking tips: Give 2 to 3 grinds of Sansho in sauteed vegetables and your dish will automatically have an Asian flavor!
