Scottish smoked salmon with firm flesh that reveals woody notes and a unique character flavour. The rich and pure salmon taste is the first one noticed. The smokiness of oak wood then takes over.
Our recommendation : to enjoy its full flavour, take the salmon out of the fridge approximately 20 minutes before serving.
Salting : by hand, with natural sea salt.
Smoking : traditional and slow at low temperature, 100% oak sawdust.
