Speciality in the Rhône Alpes region in France, ravioles are tiny stuffed pasta filled with a blend of cheeses and herbs. As a meal or side dish, they are easy to prepare and ready in few minutes!
Cooking tip : 90 seconds to 2 minutes in simmering water. When the ravioles get to the surface, it is time to take them out of the water, season and enjoy them!
