A summer truffle spread very similar to truffle butter with a light but noticeable truffle flavour and melt in the mouth texture.
Very pleasant enjoyed on crackers and canapes to serve alongside drinks and you can also melt this truffle mix to pour over vegetables such as asparagus or melt it and stir through pasta.
