The black diamond of cuisine can be available all year long. The truffle is preserved in its own juice, which can be used for delicious stocks and sauces. Excellent quality, round shape and harvested when maturity is perfect.
Tasting tips: in general, canned truffles are not used in cold dishes. Whole or chopped, they need to be cooked. Some recipes are even better with canned truffles than with fresh ones! The truffle will release all its aromas during cooking.
