The 2 Polmard tartare is a combination of plain tartare (6 weeks dry aged beef) and dry beef (8 weeks dry aged beef). Hand cut.
Defrosting tips: Put the meat in the fridge 24 hours before cooking or put the meat with its vacuum pack 10 minutes in a bowl of cold water. After being thawed, it is ready to eat!
