Black Truffle & Porcini Risotto

Ready to cook risotto : pour the rice mix in a saucepan and add 3 jars of water. Cook for 20 minutes and finish by adding the white truffle olive oil provided. Et voilà!
Our recommendation : add a few slices of fresh truffle -when in season-, or Summer Truffle Carpaccio, and Parmesan Cheese as topping for even more flavors!
