About this product

Kristal is the caviar Kaviari chose to put their own name on. Large golden grains that give way slowly, a flavour that keeps unfolding rather than arriving all at once, and a long finish of almond. Serve it well chilled, on mother-of-pearl, and give everyone a moment before anybody says anything.

Serving Recommendation: Serve at 2-4°C on a mother-of-pearl spoon. Do not use metal.
