About this product

Summer pear pressed with the pulp left in, so it pours thick and very slightly grainy, exactly the way the fruit itself eats. Alain Milliat planted his first pear trees on the family farm at Orliénas in 1983 and has been refining the pressing ever since. Cold, in a small glass, at the end of a long lunch.
