About this product

Two blocks of foie gras, one duck and one goose, side by side in a magnetic gift box. Tasting them together is the clearest way to understand the difference: the duck fuller and more robust, the goose finer and milder. Castaing have been making foie gras in Les Landes for a century. Serve both slightly chilled, sliced with a hot knife, with toasted brioche, and let the table decide which they prefer.
