About this product

Red Deer Medallion (or pavé steak) portioned per 150g. It is recommended to be cooked quickly - pan-seared and served pink, to keep it juicy and tender. Plan simple sides for the seasonal game cut to be the masterpiece of your dinner: mushroom sauce and roasted potatoes.
