About this product

A rolled and tied roasting joint of around a kilo, sized for a Sunday table of four or five. Huguenin's butchers tie it evenly, which is exactly what makes it cook evenly. Roast it with vegetables underneath and let the fat do the seasoning.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Storage & serving

Shelf life on delivery: Minimum 3 days
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Never frozen before, may be frozen at home.
Serving Recommendation: Roast at 180°C, 15 minutes per 500g. Rest 15 minutes before carving.
Serving size: 200g per person
