About this product

Faux-filet, whole piece of 500g or individually portioned at 300g. Lean, fine-grained and reassuringly even, which makes it the most predictable steak in the range and much the easiest to cook for a table with strong and differing opinions about doneness. Butter, thyme, a smashed clove of garlic, and a good rest.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Storage & serving

Shelf life on delivery: Minimum 3 days
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Never frozen before, may be frozen at home.
Serving Recommendation: Pan-sear over high heat 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes.
Serving size: One 300g steak per person
