About this product

Boneless breasts from free-range, slow-grown chickens, with the skin left on, in packs of two or ten. Slow-grown birds have a noticeably firmer grain than intensively reared ones, and the skin crisps in a hot pan while keeping the meat underneath moist. The everyday cut, from a very good bird.
