About this product

Whole legs, thigh and drumstick together, from free-range Burgundy chickens. Dark meat, more fat, more collagen and far more forgiving than breast. Made for a long roast on a tray of potatoes, or a slow braise with white wine and tarragon. Packs of two for a quiet dinner, or ten for a proper table.
