About this product

Côte de bœuf, cut on the bone at around a kilo and a quarter and held frozen. The bone slows the cooking and the fat cap bastes it all the way through, which is why this is the cut that survives being cooked by committee. Thaw it slowly in the fridge, then put it in the middle of the table and let everyone reach.

Storage: Keep frozen
Serving Recommendation: Thaw in the fridge for 24 hours, then sear and roast at 200°C, 15 minutes per 500g. Rest 15 minutes before carving.
