About this product

A young Burgundy bird of 500 to 600g, sized so that everyone gets their own. Tender and mild, and quick enough to roast on a weeknight. Held frozen and supplied oven-ready. Very good spatchcocked under a hot grill with lemon, garlic and a lot of black pepper.
