About this product

A young Burgundy bird of 500 to 600g, which is one person's dinner and nobody's leftovers. Tender, mild, and it roasts in a fraction of the time a full-sized chicken needs. Supplied oven-ready. Flatten it, char it under a hot grill with lemon and thyme, and eat it with your hands.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Serving Recommendation: Spatchcock and grill 20-25 minutes, or roast at 200°C for 35 minutes.
