- Huso huso, harvested at a minimum of fourteen years
- The largest and softest grain of any caviar
About this product
A Beluga sturgeon must reach at least fourteen years before its roe is taken, and you can taste every one of them. The grains are large and pale grey, softer than any other caviar, and they melt rather than pop. Buttery, delicate, and extraordinarily long. This is the tin you open when the occasion is the whole point.
Roes: Large roes with an elephant grey color.
Taste: Incredibly buttery and delicate flavours with a lingering mouthfeel.
Origin: France
