About this product

Organic salmon, both fresh and lightly smoked, folded through cream with mustard, chives and a little Guérande salt. It is left deliberately coarse, so you can still see the fish in it. Pile it onto warm toast with a squeeze of lemon, and a few pink peppercorns if you have them to hand.
