About this product

A single-variety sherry vinegar from Andalusia, aged fifty years in oak. Half a century in barrel turns it dark and almost syrupy: cocoa and bitterness first, then candied fruit and red berries behind. A few drops is the correct quantity. Over strawberries, into a gravy, or onto a hot pan of mushrooms.
