Dry Porcini

About this product
Drying concentrates porcini rather than diminishing it, which is why the dried mushroom is the one most cooks reach for even in season. Soak them for three quarters of an hour and the kitchen starts to smell like autumn. Fry them briefly in butter, or send them straight into a sauce with their liquor.
Origin: Provence, France
Storage & serving
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place
Serving Recommendation: Soak 45 minutes in warm water. Add the soaking liquor to the dish.
Serving size: 10 to 15g dried per person
