About this product

Blonde d'Aquitaine beef, cut for tartare and seasoned lightly so you can finish it exactly as you like. Capers, shallot, mustard, a yolk, a few drops of Tabasco: the argument about what belongs in a tartare is at least half the pleasure of eating one. Toast, cornichons, red wine.

Serving Recommendation: Serve raw, seasoned to taste. Consume on the day it is defrost.
