About this product

Bresse holds the only AOC ever granted to a chicken, and the birds are still raised on grain and open pasture exactly as they were four centuries ago. Fine-grained, lightly marbled, with clean white fat. Held frozen and supplied oven-ready, so a very good roast can wait in the freezer for the weekend it suits.

Storage: Keep frozen
Serving Recommendation: Thaw in the fridge, then roast at 180°C, 20 minutes per 500g. Rest 15 minutes.
