About this product

Extra-thick green spears grown out in the open air in Provence and air-flown in season. Sunlight rather than soil makes them grassier, sweeter at the tip and altogether more assertive than white asparagus. Griddle them until they char at the edges, and finish with olive oil and shaved Parmigiano.
