About this product

Button mushrooms and cream blended with Parmigiano Reggiano and white truffle into something between a sauce and a spread. Musky, savoury, and ready the moment you open it. Stir it through hot pasta or risotto, or spread it over focaccia before it goes under the grill and let the top blister.
