Norwegian langoustines at the extra-large grade, caught alive and frozen at sea using Qwehli's own CAS Fresh process, which combines extreme cold with a magnetic field so the flesh never breaks down. They thaw closer to live than frozen shellfish has any business doing. Tails and heads packed separately, and the heads make a bisque worth every minute it takes.

Storage & serving

Storage: Keep frozen. Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking, or in cold water for about 1.5 hours
